I want to email someone

Cloud AI is greyed out

Settings → Cloud AI assist must be toggled on. Internet connection required. If the toggle is on and you still see no sparkle button, restart the app to refresh the routing state.

I lost an entry

Entries are stored on device only. If you deleted the app the data was removed by iOS along with it. There is no cloud backup. Settings → Export entries (JSON) creates a manual backup at any time.

Why does the app icon say "FixedFloat" but the bundle is com.steadyplan.journal?

FixedFloat is the brand on the home screen. The internal identifier is neutral so the app can ship across a few product lines without renaming. Both are intentional.

I need to delete all data right now

iOS Settings → General → iPhone Storage → FixedFloat → Offload App (keeps your data) or Delete App (removes it).
